Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days once payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak periods, for pre-orders, special orders, private allocations or where compliance and identity verification checks are required.
Shipping Methods
We may offer a selection of delivery options, subject to availability, destination and courier service levels. These may include standard shipping, expedited shipping and next business day delivery. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated according to the selected delivery method, package weight, value, destination and any applicable handling requirements. All relevant delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
International Shipping & Customs
International shipping may be available to selected destinations, subject to legal, regulatory and courier restrictions. Customs duties, taxes, import charges and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Arcadia Cigars Church Street does not control customs processes and accepts no liability for customs inspections, delays, holds, refusals, seizures or regulatory restrictions. Orders delayed, held or refused by customs do not qualify for refund on that basis.
Shipping Delays
Arcadia Cigars Church Street accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including courier disruption, postal delays, weather conditions, industrial action, customs inspections, regulatory procedures, supplier delays or import restrictions. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or compensation.
Lost or Missing Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery handling passes to the carrier. Arcadia Cigars Church Street is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed or missing after dispatch. Any courier claim must be raised using the tracking information provided. Assistance may be offered at our discretion, but liability is not accepted.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives visibly damaged, the client must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photographs, packaging evidence and supporting documentation may be required. Any claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remains subject to the relevant courier’s policies and investigation process.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or third-party delivery addresses. Delivery details must correspond with the verified purchaser’s identity and order information. Certain products, destinations or delivery methods may be unavailable due to legal, regulatory, customs or courier restrictions.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are issued and managed by the courier. Arcadia Cigars Church Street is not responsible for tracking inaccuracies, delayed updates or courier system errors.
Pre-Orders, Special Orders & Private Allocations
Pre-order, special-order and private allocation items may be subject to extended dispatch timelines. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may be affected by supplier allocation, international shipping, customs clearance, regulatory requirements or courier handling.
